Who Ya Callin "Fool," Fool

Chris Wallace, the ever intrepid "journalist" at Fox News loves to hear himself talk, especially when it involves bashing Democrats. His latest salvo included calling Democrats "fools" for not appearing on his beloved network. He believes that because his show is doing better in Washington (yet rated fourth nationwide), Democratic representatives should be appearing on his show and not ignore the network as a whole.

From The Politico:

On a recent Sunday morning, shortly after refereeing a debate between Karl Rove and Democratic Rep. Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, Wallace talked to Politico about the Democrats’ lack of appearances on Fox News, the “liberal bias” at competing networks and how November’s television ratings prove that while his show remains in fourth place nationwide, it’s on the upswing in Washington [...]

“I think the Democrats are damn fools [for] not coming on Fox News,” Wallace said. “And my guess is that once you get a nominee, they probably will come on, because they know that we get a lot of voters they are going to need if they are going to win the election.”

Huh?

Murdoch and Ailes must force Wallace to inhale some pretty toxic vapors in order to believe that there are independent or, dare I say, Democratic voters that watch his show or the network. The numbers do not lie, Fox News is right wing propaganda outlet, while CNN and MSNBC are hardly the opposite of Fox. Those cable news networks may try to act like Fox here and there, but as for a liberal bias on either, that is quite a stretch of the imagination.
