David Goodhearts was attacked by Giuliani back when he was mayor because he was in favor of keeping ferrets as pets in NYC. Giuliani banned the furry creatures in spite of the New York state laws that allowed them. He even screamed at the City Council for approving the animals for the city before vetoing the measure. Now Goodhearts is on Tucker Carlson's show for a little payback.
