JetBlue Apologizes For Their Colossal Mess

The apology is nice and hopefully their promises will come true so that passengers are not stranded on airplanes for 10 hours or more. Especially since there were mothers tearing clothes to make more diapers for their children while the rest of the plane couldn't relieve themselves due to overflowing toilets.

A JetBlue Passenger Bill of Rights is a great idea, but more must be done to assure that the passengers have legal rights while onboard any airline that keeps their customers cramped in planes that sit on tarmacs for several hours. Several other carriers are guilty of abusing their passengers in this way and the government needs to step in after years of mistreatment while nothing has been done. Perhaps something like this would be in order.
