It is one thing for pundits and politicians to argue for and against about our presence in Afghanistan. It is quite another to hear how a soldier speaks from his experience on the ground in the war-torn country and how he came to believe that our military mission was not the answer to the Afghani people's problems.

Joan Adams' Story Is The Story Of Our Nation
You may or may not be in the situation Joan Adams finds herself. Many Americans have not even had the chance to own a house. Yet just as Joan was taken advantage by the banking industry, all of us are being used to cover the damage caused by the widespread greed in the financial sector. Hundreds of billions have been given to these banks, yet when Obama wants to give a fraction of what they got to homeowners, they cry bloody murder.

Goldman Sachs + Burger King = Mistreated Workers
You think fast food is bad? Try adding Goldman Sachs' business models (see: employee degradation) to the Whopper menu at Burger King and things go from bad to worse for the employees at the burger giant. Oh and because Goldman Sachs made itself into a bank to receive TARP funds, they are doing this at the taxpayers' expense at an increasing rate.

Reviewing "The Road To Guantanamo"
From Brave New Films:
Jonathan "DJK" Kim reviews THE ROAD TO GUANTANAMO for Brave New Films.
THE ROAD TO GUANTANAMO tells the true story of three young Muslim Brits, later known as the Tipton Three. During a trip to Pakistan in late 2001, they took a detour into Afghanistan to assist with an aid mission and witness the American-led assault firsthand. They couldn't have known that they would be swept up in America's indiscriminate war-on-terror dragnet, and later deposited in the legal and moral netherworld we know as Guantanamo Bay, where they were held without charge for two long years.
To find out more about the film and the Tipton Three, visit http://www.roadtoguantanamomovie.com/.
As bad as it is to see how the prisoners were treated, it helps knowing that this torture facility will soon be shut down for good.

Siegelman Speaks At Netroots Nation
Don Siegelman knows what Karl Rove did (illegally) to him and isn't afraid to talk about the abuse of power used by Rove and the White House to go after the former Governor.

The latest video from Brave New Films shows the racist behaviors of Fox News and their contributors like Michelle Malkin. Well we have her back and will not allow their hateful messages to go unchecked:

According To Fox, Lieberman Is A Terrorist
Long before some moronic Fox News anchor discovered Barack Obama's "terrorist fist jabbing" there were troubling signs from Joe Lieberman:

McCain Fueled By Big Oil
McCain likes to talk about his "Straight Talk Express" but never about how he gets his gas, both literally and figuratively. Perhaps there is a reason for that:

America, Meet John McCain's Spiritual Guide
I agree wholeheartedly that spirituality is important in one's life, but Rod Parsley doesn't have any clue as to what that word means:
So much for religious tolerance.

Why Does McCain Refuse To Sign On To Iraq Vet GI Bill?
These troops have a few things to say to Mr. McCain...and every single legislator that doesn't support this bill to give educational assistance to our nation's bravest soldiers. The G.I. bill worked after World War II and it can work now. Thankfully we have Senators like Jim Webb to push this so hard in the Senate right now.

Brave New Films Kicks Ass
This video highlights many of the actions and accomplishments of Greenwald's multitude of films. They cover Rudy, McCain, Iran, Fox and all of their atrocities committed on the airwaves. Not only is it important that they get the word out, but that it has gotten such a tremendous response.

It doesn't shock me that Kravis ignored Brave New Films inquiries, but that doesn't mean the attempts shouldn't be publicized to the fullest extent:
