CNN Fact Checks The ACORN Smears

While the report doesn't cover everything about the slimy attack, it sheds enough light so that people can see McCain's boogeymonster is really nothing more than a cheap scare tactic.

This could have been a great piece of journalism if they had reported that Acorn reviews the registrations and flags the problematic ones before sending them to election officials, that Acorn fires workers and turns them into police that submit fraudulent registrations, and that ACORN is required BY LAW to turn in ALL registration forms. Doesn't sound "sloppy" to me.
